A Flex Pass provides the freedom of single tickets and subscriber benefits.
For $72, your Flex Pass gives you 6 tickets to use anytime in the season – for a child or an adult. Flex Pass Subscriptions are only on sale until August 8, 2011, but once you have bought one, you can purchase additional tickets all season long at the $12 price.
We know that life with children is unpredictable and busy. Your Flex Pass lets you enjoy subscriber benefits while giving you the freedom to use your tickets when and how you want.
We continue to offer our standard subscription consisting of three or more shows in the 2011-2012 season.
We’ve set it up so you decide exactly how many tickets you want and which seats you would like for each of the shows you choose. This change should allow more freedom in seating options and also help meet the needs of families with varying ages of children.
As a subscriber, you will receive great benefits such as:
- Purchasing additional tickets at a discounted rate of $12 throughout the 2011-12 season
- Exchanging your tickets for a different date during the run of the show for no fee
- Registering early and saving 10% on all NCT drama classes and camps
- Ordering additional tickets without the $2 order fee

Weekends: On show days, the box office opens one hour before showtime.

Tuesday Night Previews are $6/child and $12/adult
ONLINE 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a VISA or MasterCard. Online purchases can be printed at home, mailed to you or held at Will Call. Weekend tickets will be available for online purchase until two hours before show time.
IN PERSON at NCT’s box office during business hours. Day-of tickets can be purchased at the door. The box office opens one hour before show time.
BY CALLING (615) 252-4675 with a VISA or MasterCard during business hours. Tickets will be either mailed to you or held at Will Call.

Ticketing Fees:
For any order taken by phone or online, there is a $2.00 order fee. (Except for subscribers buying additonal tickets)
For any tickets that are mailed, there is a $2.00 shipping fee.
There are no fees for tickets purchased at NCT's box office.
Late Seating
When situations cause ticket holders to arrive at the theatre after the performance has
begun, NCT will attempt to seat them in their ticketed seats. However for the
convenience and safety of our already seated audience, that may not always be possible.
In that instance, late arrivals will be sat in any available seats in the back of the theatre.
Gift Cards
Gifts cards are available online, by phone or in person; and can be purchased in any
denomination. Gift cards can be redeemed for tickets only, not for merchandise or for
